Welcome to Zanzibar! You will meet our guide at Zanzibar Airport, who will transfer you to the 4 or 3 Star beach hotel of your choice (from the list provided, you can also Name Your Own Accomodation if it is not in the list). Here, you will spend four nights (five days) at the mid range beach resort on the coast of Zanzibar where you'll be able to get plenty of time to enjoy the white sand beaches, exciting activities, and exotic culture of the Spice Island. Spice Island is famous for its tropical beaches and exotic spices that are grown there, hence the name "Spice Island". You will get an opportunity to visit spice plantations and observe for yourself how aromatic spices are cultivated and grown. You will taste and smell some of the famous spices, such as turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon. There are also many activities to choose from. A day trip to Stone Town and Prison Island tours are recommended, here you will learn the history of Zanzibar and also experience the unique heritage of Zanzibar. You'll also be able to see handmade crafts and souvenirs, witness the site of former slave markets, visit the House of Wonders Museums, and many more activities. Other excursions include Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, Dhow sailing trips, and more. You will stay at the 4 or 3 star beach hotels at a half board basis. Here is a sample itinerary: Day 1 - Picked up from the airport and relax at the hotel by the beach. Day 2 - Half day snorkeling at Mnembe Island, then relax back at your hotel in the evening. Day 3 - Morning Private Stone Town tour, then relax at your hotel in the evening. Day 4 - Relax at the hotel with hotel activities. Day 5 - Shared air transfer to Dar Es Salaam.
